Yoder LLC was founded in 2013 as a company dedicated to real estate investment through the creation of long-term buy-and-hold assets. Curtis Yoder, who grew up in Catoosa, Oklahoma, observed many homes in disrepair in the neighborhoods of his youth. Driven by a desire to improve these communities and utilizing his construction background, he took action to make a positive impact. Today, Yoder LLC focuses on the renovation of homes to rent to the Tulsa community, providing much-needed housing for our neighbors.
